We run a lean operation. Orders are processed from our Effingham, South Carolina facility and shipped directly to customers. We do not operate physical storefronts. Our team handles order fulfillment, customer service, and returns from the same location. We keep our catalog focused on products we can ship reliably and describe accurately.
Our Approach
We believe a grocery order should be simple: clear product information, a checkout with no surprises, and a return process that does not require a phone call to decipher. We price shipping into the cost of doing business — it is free for our customers — and we do not charge restocking fees on returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
