1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sayweeemall website (sayweeemall.com). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. User Obligations
You do not need to create an account to place an order. When you submit information during checkout, you agree that all details — name, address, email, phone — are accurate and belong to you or someone authorized to use them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials if you choose to register. You agree not to use the site for fraudulent purchases, to scrape or copy content, or to interfere with site operations.
3. Product Information and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but screen settings vary. Prices shown at the time of checkout are the final prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sayweeemall does not collect sales tax. The amount charged is the product price plus any shipping cost (currently free within the contiguous U.S.).
4. Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is captured at the time of order placement. If a charge fails, the order is not created. All payment data is processed over an SSL-encrypted connection. There are no hidden fees added at checkout. The total shown on the checkout page is the total you pay.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of placement. Carrier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days; total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, or events outside our control. 6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We provide prepaid return labels at no cost to the customer in all eligible return cases, including remorse returns. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the return and appear in your original payment method within 7–10 business days. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on sayweeemall.com — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and page design — is owned by Sayweeemall. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayweeemall’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
